My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The suite was perfect, providing everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, even when we checked in very early without informing them. The location was amazing, right in the historic center, making it easy to explore Florence. The dining experience was good and reasonably priced.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bed was really comfortable, but the location wasn't the best as it was noisy being right next to the communal areas. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were issues with noise and partying nearby. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the facilities were decent.

I stayed at this hostel located on the 4th floor. The rooms were just filled with beds, but the service was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, right in the middle of the historic center, though it could have been a little less crowded.
